Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 3 - 5 business days dependant on volume and stock availability and all orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery services to Mainland UK and Standard Airmail or Surfacemail Services (dependant on weight) for services for all other destinations.

Alternate shipping services can be arranged where required but this will be at additional cost and you should contact us before placing your order to ensure that the method you require is posisble.

Indigo47 can not be held liable for any damage to goods caused during transit and make every effort to ensure that all of our orders are shipped in adequate and protected packaging to ensure that your goods arrive in the same condition that they leave our warehouse.

Where your order does not arrive within 2 weeks from dispatch (UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Only), please contact us and we will endeavour to track your order with Royal Mail on your behalf.  For overseas orders, please alllow upto 12 weeks for delivery dependant on the method used to send your goods.
