Our Green Policy

We are driven by an over-riding sense of social and moral conscience, which means that we have a true sense of fair trading and more importantly it dictates that our products are safety tested and suitable for babies, toddlers and children to British Standards.

Most of our items are handmade by us, we put love and care into making each item and we make them to specifically order. This sits well with our main intention that we need to be comfortable that what we are selling are unique, functional, save money, reduce stress and put smiles on the faces on the little folk and their supporters.

We want to be able to see parents and the little people using lots of our different products, ok obviously we want to earn a living, but more importantly, it would also mean that money was being saved, the planet was being helped and life was just that ickle bit easier.

This is an easy one for us; we simply aim to make life easier for little folk, parents and families. This is by reducing money spent on replacement items, reducing time toddlers and kids are lost and therefore reducing worry and finally we want to reduce non degradable items going into landfill

Ok, you’ve rumbled us, we are different. We are honest people who are passionate about what we do and being fair whilst doing it and feel that the world has lost that critical component of basic respect and manners. No matter how mad the world gets, we will be just us and you will always get respect, manners, fairness and honesty from us.

We are very proud to say that we were recycling a good 10 years ago. This has evolved into us recycling most of our household clutter and donating items to charity rather than throwing them out, there are also some wonderful household items projects that recycle your bits and bobs for people in dire poverty, the one we used was www.thewesley.org.uk but there are plenty of similar projects run by wonderful people and the difference they make to people in difficulty is amazing.

It also makes perfect sense that we purchase our products and components ethically and in a sustainable manner, so we go to great efforts to buy off suppliers who have set and proven systems to ensure unfair practices and labour strategies are not used in production
